General rules
1. Trustloan provides related services based on the Internet and mobile Internet in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and its operating rules issued from time to time.
2. In order to obtain this service, the user should carefully read and fully understand the terms of this agreement, including the exemption clause for exempting or limiting the installment liability and the restriction clause for the user's rights. Please read carefully and choose whether to accept this agreement.
3. trustloan has the right to modify the terms of service when necessary. Once the terms of service are changed, the content of the change will be prompted by means of website announcements, etc., and no further notice will be given. Once the trustloan is announced, it will take effect automatically. If you do not agree with the changed content, you can voluntarily cancel the platform information service. If you continue to enjoy the platform information services, you are deemed to have accepted the changes to the terms of service.
User account
1. After the user completes the registration application process, he will obtain the right to use the trustloan account. Users should provide true, accurate and complete personal information, and constantly update registration information to meet the above requirements. All originally entered information will be referenced as registration information. Trustloan shall not be responsible for any problems arising from the registration information and the resulting consequences.
2. Users are not allowed to transfer, sell or lend their account and password to others. If trustloan finds that the user is not the account registrant, trustloan has the right to stop the service. If the user finds that his account has been illegally used by others, he should immediately notify trustloan. If the account or password is illegally used by others due to hacking or the user’s violation of this agreement, the resulting loss and all legal responsibilities shall be borne by the user, and trustloan shall not bear any responsibility.
3. Privacy information involving user registration information, personal information and other private information will be kept strictly confidential. Trustloan will not disclose your private information unless authorized by you or otherwise provided by law.
4. Due to the provisions of laws and regulations and trustloan's own necessary factors, trustloan has the right to log in to the registered account to collect evidence and has the right to extract your relevant information from the third party of trustloan for loan cooperation based on the information you filled in when you opened an account on the platform.
rules of use
When using platform services, users should strictly abide by the following obligations:
1. Abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the country, and shall not publish content restricted or prohibited by laws, regulations, rules, rules and any norms with legal effect, as well as illegal content that endangers national security, pornography, violence, etc.
2. Do not disseminate information that endangers the national social public interest and involves national security.
3. Do not use the platform to engage in illegal and criminal activities such as money laundering, stealing business secrets, and stealing personal information.
4. Do not use the account registered on the platform to conduct profit-making business activities
5. Do not publish any content that infringes other intellectual property or legal rights such as copyrights and trademarks.
6. The user shall indemnify any claim, demand or loss raised by any third party arising from or arising out of the user's violation of this agreement or related terms of service, including reasonable attorney fees and other expenses. Trustloan has the right to take measures, including but not limited to deleting information posted by users, suspending licenses, terminating services, restricting use, and pursuing legal responsibilities, depending on the nature of user behavior.
